荷兰一名男子在没有专业设备和图纸的帮助下,自己动手制作出一架仿真战机.除飞行速度较真版战斗机逊色些外,其外形非常相似.
这架仿造的战斗机机身长7米、宽4米,设计者是根据F-35联合攻击战斗机以 1:2的尺寸制作而成的,所有花费共计4000英镑.来自荷兰的亚瑟是这架战斗机的设计者,他全部的制作材料是钢材、木头、硬泡沫、玻璃纤维以及大量的环氧装填物.亚瑟在战斗机的座舱内安装了照相机、监控器;为适应晚间飞行的需要,还装备了导航灯、探照灯、内部照明设备等.战斗机飞行的最快速度为8公里/小时.
亚瑟的参考资料非常有限.“我是在去年年底建成这架飞机的,我没有设计蓝图,起初无从下手.当时我只找到了几张战机的照片以及一个小塑料模型.我完全是用自己的方式来打造这架战斗机的.”“这架飞机可以喷出水,可以模拟出柴油燃烧后的气味,飞行时的噪音可以降到30分贝.”

微软出了一个“黑屏”,大家腻腻歪歪的说东说西。微软的Windows+Office在中国有95%以上的占有率,不应该算是过高的估计吧!虽然很多人使 用盗版,但微软的事实垄断是没有必要再去争论的,核心的问题是,谁促成了微软今天在中国的垄断,我们不能简单的把问题都归结为微软的问题,同时还应该看到 垄断是否对中国的计算机应用产业产生危害。
很多人会说,微软在世界其他地方也占据垄断的市场地位呀?从市场份额上,这是对的。但那是市场的选择。首先,选择微软不完全是因为微软的产品过硬,而是综合成本比较低,性价比比较好。国人常常以为市场占有率高的产品就是好,这是有问题的思考方法。就像中国移动,为什么我们认为它垄断,难道它的服务不够好?价格你不能接受?
恐怕都不是,如果是这个原因,恐怕大家早就不选择中国移动了。关键是中国移动一家独大的局面不利于竞争,让别人没有话语权,控制了最核心的定价权。简单的说,控制了定价权就构成了事实垄断。你之所以认为中国移动垄断,就是你无法参与和影响它的定价权。
零价格也是价格
微软事实上纵容了盗版,虽然你花10元就可以获得一份盗版Windows和Office的安装盘,甚至可以免费从网上下载。上个世纪90年代,第一波被击败的是金山这样的软件公司,其实也不能完全把问题归结到微软,金山WPS当年如日中天,但自己不思进取,当Windows推出以后就没有做为了。不过 DOS时代的Lotus123也同样没有摆脱这种命运。虽然后来IBM收购后,变成了企业套件,但最终还是在微软Office的阴影下。
番茄花园之类公司的努力,让盗版比正版还容易安装和使用。在这个过程中,用户实际上获得了比正版还要多的价值,这个微软产品就变成负价格了。
